Terms and Conditions

Please read them carefully. By ordering from our website, you have understood and accepted our terms and conditions. Speedy Cartridge reserves the right to make changes in prices and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. We reserve the right to not honour typographical errors/technical glitch on prices. All products remain the property of Speedy Cartridge until full payment is received.
 
Shipping
We deliver Australia Wide via Australia Post or Insured Courier.
Customer is responsible to have someone at the delivery address to accept the delivery.
Customer is responsible for any shipping fee, including fee for re-delivery if the given shipping address was incorrect or shipping address was unattended at the time of delivery (if sent by courier).
Product Return/Refund/D.O.A (Dead On Arrival Product)
DOA (Dead on arrival) items are eligible for refund or an instant replacement and must be reported strictly within 7 days of customer receiving the goods. After 7 days of receiving the goods, DOA is no longer applicable and you will have to process as warranty. Customer needs to obtain Return Authorisation (RA) number and must be shipped within 7 working days after RA number issued.
For DOA product, please do not use the product and ensure to return the goods with complete content as well as packaging and in original condition, failure to do so may result DOA being rejected and item will be processed as warranty.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, unless the product DOA.
RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE COMPATIBLE AND REMANUFACTURED ITEMS

If the cartridge is faulty within 30-days of date of purchase, you can return the items for an exchange or full refund following  the steps below.
Please forward us an Email requesting an Return Authorisation Form to admin@speedycartridge.com.au
Replacement options: Customers can elect either of these two methods of replacing their products:
1.Get your return authorisation number, return your product, and we will ship your replacement free of charge after receiving and inspecting your returned products.
2.If you urgently need your replacement, you can elect to purchase the replacement product at the regular price of the item (with free shipping charges) and we will credit your original purchase after inspecting your returned product. This is a security measure in order to make sure that the product is returned.
RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) ITEMS

If the return date is within 30-days of date of purchase, you can return the items (unused and unopened) for a refund (less the original shipping charges and 20% restocking fee) Speedy Cartridge will not pay for the return shipping.

If the return date is after 30-days of date of purchase, you cannot return the items.
All unused returns on OEM (original equipment manufacturer) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Our vendors do not allow us to return non-defective items after 30 days and they charge us a 20% restocking fee. If you ordered the wrong item, please make sure not to open the box.
All non-defective items must be returned by the customer at their expense once the RA is approved. The RA number must be written on the outside shipping box, not the actual product packaging.
It is advised to ship via a traceable method such as Registered Post or Insured Courier and keep a copy of the tracking number. Please email the tracking number once available to admin@speedycartridge.com.au If the package is lost or not delivered to us, we will not be able to issue the refund.
SHIPPING DAMAGE RETURNS

If you receive a product that is damaged by shipping, please initiate a return authorisation request within 5 business days after receipt of the package. Do not throw away or alter any of the product and packaging, we will need a picture of the damage package in the same condition as it was received in order for us to properly establish that the damage was due to shipping, and not due to some other cause. We will not accept claims for shipping damage if any of the packaging or contents have been altered or discarded. Depending on the original shipping source, we will process the damage claim in one of two ways:

For some claims, we will have to contact the shipping company and file a claim to have the shipping company schedule a pickup and inspection of the package from the customer location.

For some other claims, we will issue a return authorisation number for you to return the package to our returns warehouse, following the normal return procedure.

WHEN ARE REFUNDS/EXCHANGES PROCESSED?

Once the returned item/s are received in our warehouse we will inspect them and process the refund or replacement. Our normal turnaround time is 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3-4 days to see the credit back on your credit card statement. Your original method of payment will be credited after your return is
